Leadership Rooted in Experience
Bridge Path Consulting was founded by Kelly Hall, PMP, an experienced project management professional with more than 14 years of experience leading complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project delivery.
Her professional background spans the public and private sectors, including experience supporting initiatives at NASA, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Commerce, Gannett Digital, Hogan Lovells, and Verizon Wireless.
Throughout her career, Kelly has helped organizations navigate complex projects by strengthening stakeholder communication, implementing Agile practices, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating critical milestones. Her expertise includes leading cross-functional software development teams, supporting large-scale technology implementations, improving delivery processes, and aligning project execution with organizational objectives.
Kelly founded Bridge Path Consulting to provide organizations with experienced project leadership, practical solutions, and structured delivery support without the commitment of expanding their permanent workforce. Her approach combines proven project management methodologies with the flexibility to meet each client's unique needs.
